Lyn Lions would like to offer another great opportunity to showcase your skills to a bigger audience.

We are looking for somebody who can help us to celebrate a Lyn Lions Club birthday. We are organising our Charter Night on 22nd of April 2023 at the Town Hall in Lynton.

Lyn Lions Club is going to have guests from other Southwest Lions Club which gives you a wonderful chance to show yourself to wider audience of our region.

We are looking for somebody who can provide and serve a 3-course menu for around 100 -120 people at the Town Hall, Lynton.

The catering budget is around £15.00 per person. Think prawn cocktail and black forest gateau for 2023. This is going to be a black tie/ dress up 70-80s theme night. So, we are looking for 70-80s theme menu.

We are looking forward to seeing your modern interpretation of 70s and 80s icons on our plates. This is our night of fun and entertainment, please, make the night to remember and a talk for years to come.

The original Lyn Lions Club was established in 1977 hence our wish to have 70s and 80s theme. For ones who don’t know who we are and what we do, we are a charity based in Lynton and part of a worldwide Lions Club network.

Our work is to raise money for local needs as well as help our communities to raise money themselves for various projects. We have new team of volunteers with great drive and enthusiasm to move forward Lyn Lion Club, so as a thank you and a celebration of re-establishing the Club in 2021 and in celebrating its long history we have decided to hold the Charter Night
